SPEC Home Services provides residential and commercial property inspections in Burnsville and the surrounding Dakota County area. A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive evaluation of readily accessible systems and components at the time of inspection. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy against future failures.
Inspections are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. Conditions can change after the inspection date. We do not move furniture, dismantle systems, or access unsafe areas.
Inspection fees, scheduling, and add-on services are quoted at the time of booking. Pricing is provided through our quote tool and confirmed at scheduling.
Our liability is limited as described in the inspection agreement you sign before the inspection. Please review that agreement carefully.
